The City of Lakewood requires 60% of households to be on board
Coalition Friends and Birdtown neighbors, let’s talk BLOCK PARTY! The city requires 60% of neighborhood households to be on board with Block Parties, so we need your signatures.
We’re thinking Thrush would be the best place to hold it, between Lark and Dowd, so that there’s full street access on Magee and Halstead still. We have two dates that we want you to choose from – one in August and one in October.
This initiative is the most requested one. Life is busy and I know we’re not answering knocks at our doors anymore. So, during the week, we’re going to have the survey outside on a table for neighbors to come by and sign. I’ll have it outside from 8am-9pm most days.
Come by the yellow house next to the tree farm at Dowd and Thrush and sign the survey! Let us know if and when you want this block party to happen!
